What are our ethical commitments?

Recycled ethical gold

We only use COC certified recycled ethical gold.

Sourced stones

We ensure that all precious and fine stones we use are ethically sourced. We work with suppliers who respect the standards of ethical gemstone trading.

Handcrafted

All our jewelry is made by hand in the jewelers' workshops, according to the codes of High Jewelry. Beads requiring know-how
specific are carried out in France by our partner workshops with the most
great requirement.

The jewelry is all made of 750 thousandths gold, silver and fine stones, entirely made in the best workshops in France. These
have worked for generations for the biggest names in jewelry.

Our jewelry workshops are certified by one, several, or all of the “
Responsible Jewelery Council”, “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”, “Joaillerie de France”.

Where can you buy your jewelry?

Our jewelry is on sale exclusively on our e-shop at the moment. They may also be available during special events such as Christmas.

Where do you make your jewelry?

All the jewelry is created by renowned jewelers who make it in their workshop in an artisanal manner while respecting the environment.

What type of stones do you use in jewelry making?

Each stone used in the making of our jewelry is of natural origin, not
heated. This is why they can sometimes present irregularities which are only a reflection of their naturalness. We use fine stones,
like pink or green tourmaline, black spinel; ornamental stones or
hard stones like lapis lazuli, turquoise, malachite, onyx, rose quartz and of course precious stones like sapphire or diamond on our
gold and silver models.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

All deadlines are indicated on the product sheets. If the product is in stock it will be indicated sent within 5 days.

If the deadline is indicated in weeks, you can contact us by email contact@bijootree.com for a more precise deadline.

Once the package has been shipped, it takes 48 hours for Colissimo delivered to your home or to a relay point.

Please note that the personalization of a product, choice of cords or with a
engraving may take longer and impacts the time we deliver to you
will indicate when ordering.

Can we return a personalized product?

Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged as is well explained in our General Terms and Conditions (art IX paragraph 1).

However, the satisfaction of our customers being our priority we can study each
cases individually to analyze what is achievable.

How are the jewelry presented?

Bijootree works with the biggest jewelers. All our jewelry is presented in its
homemade packaging (pouch, pouch). There will also be a certificate of authenticity
for all jewelry containing precious metals. You will be very proud to give this gift!

What are the different payment methods?

Bijootree
offers you several payment options:

- Visa and Mastercard bank card

- Payment in 3 or 4 installments with Scalapay

How do I recover my invoice?

To retrieve your invoice, you must log in to your customer area then
go to the “My orders” section and download the desired invoice.

Is the payment secured ?

Bijootree makes a point of securing all its customers' payments.

Today for credit card payments, we use Shopify Payments.

It is a secure online payment system. This is a procedure for authenticating the card holder to ensure that it is the card holder who is making the payment on the internet. You receive a code by SMS from your bank which allows you to validate the transaction in progress.

Where can I find my tracking number?

To find your tracking number, you have two options:

- On the day your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, simply click on the link to track your package

- In your customer area, go to the “My orders” section and click on the “follow” button corresponding to your order.
